Available licenses
There are three types of
Visual PHP™ licenses. The Single Developer License provides a scope of functions, tools and modules available for Developers. The End User License is provided to Single Developer Licensees for free since it is intended as a protection of the intellectual property of the web presentation’s creator. Update Licenses provide you free-of-charge
Visual PHP™ updates within the agreed upon period.
Visual PHP™ Single Developer LicenseThe initial license provides you access to the Visual PHP™ product under only one Developer account. The license allows visual development of web presentations and creating new database tables, comprising a limited scope of the functions, tools and modules offered in the Professional Version. Initially, the Update License is included for free (1 year). The license is intended especially for beginning developers and bloggers who would like to achieve a higher level for their creation.
Visual PHP™ ProfessionalInitially, the Update License is included for free (1 year). Either you work on your own or – if you buy a multiple license – multiple Developers may work on the same project simultaneously. The Professional Version comprises the main tools used for website creation. Due to the concept, the version is designed for professional Developers. Through using the software, you can create truly professional projects.
Visual PHP™ Enterprise Initially, the Update License is included for free (1 year). Compared to the Professional Version, there are additional tools and modules. The version includes everything offered by the Visual PHP™ product. The wide scope of the functions provides broad opportunities to produce and achieve above standard results.

Show the EULA for Visual PHP™End User License The License allows End Users to use the
Visual PHP™ product for administration of the contents of their web presentation (but they cannot create web presentations for other subjects). The License provides access through a user account under the user group Administrators or a user group with limited user rights.
The license administration fully belongs to the company possessing the Developer License. The license may be limited to the domain (www.company.cz) or issued to the company name.
In addition, the license’s validity may be limited (you may create trial versions, and the customers are provided the licenses for an indefinite period of time after they have paid the Developer (the function helps the Developer collect debts after their due date).
You may want to use the tool for license creation: log in the License Manager on the Visual PHP™ Developer Network website.
The End User License protects both the Developer and the author of the Visual PHP™ product from copyright issues (for example, end users cannot pass the purchased product onto other users).
Update LicensePurchasing a
Visual PHP™ License, you get the
Visual PHP™ Update License automatically. The license allows you to download the latest core Visual PHP™ products for free. In this way, you may react to market demand in a more flexible way since the
Visual PHP™ product continuously follows the current trends. All update versions are announced on our website.
