Visual PHP™ licence as another option.
By doing this, we offer you another opportunity how to help yourself to get resources for the purchase of your own licence for an indefinite term.You may lease a licence for so long as you wish or need. For the whole term of the lease the owner of the licence is
E-VISION International s.r.o.
However, we hereby enable you to dispose of this licence according to your own needs.
Should you wish to be the owner of a licence yourselves, it is necessary to
purchase it.
Price for the Lease of a Licence
A lump-sum licence activation fee at the beginning is
CZK 3,000.00 for all types of licences.
Monthly rents are then calculated below.
As it is evident from the table mentioned below, the longer term for which your lease is the higher amount you save. It is possible to save up to 13% in total of the total amount of a lease.Payments are always made in advance for a certain term. You can choose this term yourself (always for one, three or six months); however, it must not be shorter than one month.

How to lease a licence?
To lease a licence, it is necessary to fill in an
Order. That’s all.
After an order for the lease of a
Visual PHP™ licence is placed, we will send you a
Notice to Pay to the e-mail address you indicated.
After the activation fee and rent for the first term are credited to our account, we will send you per post within 48 hours a
HW USB key including the proper tax document for the payment made in which you will have a licence activated always for the period paid and
your identification code under which we will indentify you.
You will need this code for communicating with us later, if need be, or for extending the certificate to include more domains. Therefore, please store and watch over it carefully.
How will a lease work?
While having a lease, you are limited by nothing but the term of the lease you have purchased.
The work start procedure is very simple:1) Activate your USB key in your browser by means of
Help .2) Log in using this USB key to our website.
3) Select the current core
Current Core Version in the right column of this presentation according to the licence type you have ordered.
4) Download the latest core installer
install.php.
5) Upload the file onto the server and install the core by means of the
installer.
6) Log in under your certificate to the administration interface (
www.domain.cz/admin as standard).
7) Now you can immediately begin to create a presentation.
How is it with product updates?
The price of your lease also includes annual
product updates FREE OF CHARGE!!! It is clear from this that you pay no more fees in addition to the rent.
Can I interrupt a lease?
Yes, you can interrupt a lease at any time. It’s only up to you for how long. Then you have only to make a payment for the lease for a certain period again and the key will be reactivated.
We give you absolute freedom.
After interruption, will I have to pay the activation fee again?
No, you won’t. You pay the activation fee at the beginning only.
Where and how to extend the term of a lease?
You can extend the term of a lease at any time you wish in a way that is also simple. You have only to make a payment to our account with your identification code (variable symbol) and either your licence will be reactivated (if interrupted) or the existing licence will be extended in such way that on the date of expiration the additional days of the lease you paid for will be added.
After the amount is credited to our account, you will receive the proper tax document for the payment made by return.
Do I have to sign any contract or am I bound in some other way?
No, you sign no more contracts. You are only bound by the standard general licence and commercial terms of the
EULA that is attached when sending the order.
Can more developers work on one project at the same time?
Yes, they can. “
Professional” and “
Enterprise” licences allow this. However, each developer has to own his or her own USB key.
Am I bound by the type of licence for activation in future?
No, you aren’t. You may activate a licence for the
Enterprise version for one month and, without hesitation, a
Professional licence for the next month. I will only be up to you which version of a licence you lease at any given moment.
However, our
Visual PHP™ software is limiting here logically depending on the type of licence; we therefore put out the following:
NOTICE!!!
For example, if you have leased the Professional version for one period and then you lease a Single Developer licence, it will not be possible to access under the USB key (and therefore under the developer account) to the administration of such projects that are based on the Professional version because the Single Developer version does not support certain modules and elements included in the Professional version.
The rule applies that projects created in a lower version can be modified when using a higher version, but not vice versa.
RECOMMENDATION!
Higher versions also support the installation of lower core versions. Therefore, please choose always such lease that will cover your works.
- Enterprise version supports the installation of both the Professional and Single Developer versions
- Professional version supports the installation of the Single Developer version
- Single Developer version supports the installation of no other version

What do I need for Visual PHP™ operation?
Visual PHP™ runs under Windows and Linux, so that you need only your own server or a hosting service with the following settings:
- MySQL database
- PHP 5 with the limit set to min. 16MB memory
- FireFox (recommended) or Internet Explorer for creation or administration
- Free space on the server (hosting) disk according to the version of the product:
- Single Developer - min. 40MB core of a presentation
- Professional - min. 60MB core of a presentation
- Enterprise - min. 80MB core of a presentation
Visual PHP™ supports outputs for all types of browsers. Presentations made are displayed by all browsers available and in common use.
What is technical support for Visual PHP™?
Everybody who purchases (leases) a licence for our product is entitled to full
Technical Support where various problems, improvements and that what you do not usually learn from the product manual will be posted. All these aforementioned supports and many others will save you a lot of time when creating your presentations (orders).
Is there any manual for Visual PHP™?
Yes, there is. In this
Developer Manual the procedures how to work with this software are described in detail for you. You will soon find out that everything is built on a simple base and procedures are de facto repeated. When creating this environment, we have made every effort to make it as friendly as possible and as wide as possible at the same time as regards its functionality.
Is there also any simplified manual for my customer?
Yes, there’s. It is the
Administration Manual that is also available for download on these web pages and that you can distribute freely among your customers. A customer will find the elements of administration in the system there, including basic advices and procedures designed for a customer only.
Will a presentation for a customer be functional even in the case my lease of the licence expires?
Yes, it will. Your customer will recognize nothing. Presentations themselves created for your customer and the customer’s administration of this project will continue to be functional independently of whether you have your licence activated or which version you have leased at the given moment. Of course, you will neither be enabled to make any developer’s modifications and changes nor create new projects for the interruption time of the lease of the licence.
On activation, everything will be functional again and you will able to continue to work as a developer also on the projects created before such interruption.
What if I lose my HW USB key?
In the event you lose your key, you will report such loss to us and we will send you a new one. This service is subject to a charge of
CZK 3,000.00. Your lost key will be deactivated forever and consequently non-functional.
The HW USB key ceased to work, is broken. How to proceed?
In the event your HW USB key ceases to work, please call us and we will carry out an availability test. If we find out with your assistance that you have installed everything correctly, including the certificates in the store, and in spite of that the key is not functional, we will exchange it for another one.
You will send us the undamaged defective key and we will send you the new one
free of charge.
In the event your HW USB key breaks and is mechanically damaged in some way (e.g. cracked, broken, etc.), we will send you a new key for a fee of
CZK 3,000.00.
I want to purchase a licence after some time of leasing. How shall I proceed?
In case you want to purchase a licence for an indefinite term, you have only to fill in an
Order for a licence. You will also use your identification code there, for your identification. You will receive a Notice to Pay and on the basis of it you will pay the amount for the type of licence you chosen to our account. After the amount is credited to our account, your existing key will be activated for an indefinite term and you become the owner of the
Visual PHP™ licence for life. Together with this activation, you will also receive the invoice (proper tax document) for the payment made.
What lease payment options do I have?
The most frequent and the most effective option is payment by bank transfer.
At the beginning, it is possible to send a HW USB key as a C.O.D. consignment. The cash on delivery charge is paid by the recipient.
For the extension of a lease or reactivation when interrupted, payment by bank transfer only.
